Getting Started
Your account has been set up but requires you to first Reset Your Password. Your email is your username and you must use the email address on file in our system (line 2 below).
Please follow the instructions below to reset your password and gain access to your account.
- Click on the password reset link: Reset (also found on the login page).
- Use your the email address on file as your username, your email is: {$client_email}.
- Go to your email and click on the link sent by the pw reset process. CHECK YOUR SPAM MAIL!
- A system generated email will be sent to your email. Use that password to access your acccount {$whmcs_link}.
- You can now change your password to one of your choice by clicking the My Details link and then the Change Password link in your account.
- Insert the current password (system generated) and then type your new password and save the changes.
